Customer service is one of the critical activities in the organization. Firms and business enterprises establish customer service department to solve issues, which directly affects the customers such as complaints, on-time delivery, quality services, and reasonable cost. Team members of customer service improvement must meet regularly to devise new skills and technologies of handling the customers’ complaints.
